Shipping & Return Policy

We value you as a customer and want to provide you a quality customer experience for every purchase. After you place your order, our team will receive your order, process it, and then package your order for delivery. We currently only ship to the United States. Your order will be shipped and should arrive within 5-7 business days via USPS.

If a refund is requested, we will process refunds to customers after the following criteria are met:

1. After receipt of shipment, buyer has 7 days to return item. Buyer must notify our company via email prior to returning shipment.

2. Buyer receives email response from our company concerning return of item less the shipping charges of the original purchase.

3. Buyer returns item in excellent condition. Buyers are responsible for any loss in value if item isn’t returned in its original condition. Damage to packaging can result in a 12% restocking fee. We reserve the right to withhold refunds for items that have been damaged, worn, washed, or used upon inspection.

4. Buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs. In addition, all items returned under a free shipping promotion will show a shipping charge deduction. Thus, the refunded amount will be reduced by the shipping charge.
